Damien Arnone is an executive level leader who specializes in District Data Compliance, Operational School Management, SIS Administrator, School Counseling Programming and Post Secondary Academic Planning.
Damien has experience at the school and district level. He started out his career as a School Counselor, Coordinator, District Testing Coordinator, Pre AP and AP Coordinator, Supervisor of Guidance and also ESL and now serves as a Director of District Operations.
He specializes in a wide array of leadership roles. He also has served as the Administrator to NJ SMART and NJ Homeroom , along with many other State Submissions. He was elected as the 2016 Educational Services Professional of the year by a committee of administrators, parents and peers. Damien holds two Masters of Arts in Urban Education with a Specialization in Educational Administration and Supervision and also School Counseling.
